i have a customer with compact cis and cp 100, calls go directly to AA, customer press 1 for sales, i set up 1 to go to ext (eg 235 with no phone) i assign answer DN on different users for ext 235 so all users get the sales calls, yet when people press 1 it rings back again on the line and not the answer DN button, i tried this with a hunt group and same problem, any suggestion on this
