Callpilot Sharing

Does anyone know if and how you can share ones callpilot desktop messaging profile. We have a central callpilot voicebox that we will like to give several people access through microsoft outlook.

i haven't found a way to make a dept mailbox do that, so i gave several people access to the same dept outlook email

How do you give several people access? When I go to the properties of the callpilot desktop messaging I see no permission tab like an outlook account has.
