CallPilot Remote Notification

CallPilot version 04.04.04 was installed last week. I have a problem with remote notification. I used to be able to put several pagers in the target field with MeridianMail, now I only have one spot for notification. I have a help desk voicemail box that needs to page 3 people. Any suggestions??

Sorry to say...CP is working as designed, there are talks of having the feature in CP 4.5/5.0 but not now.

We get around this "little problem" by designating a prime person each week, then that person is responsible for answering and calling others.
 
Our workaround to this is to have a group pager number set up through your pager service. Have one number, that when paged, pages three/anynumber of other numbers.
 
How about this issue, is this also going to be addressed in future releases...
We have users who want to be paged M-F 5pm - 7 am, then all day Sat. and Sun. We can only set them up with M-Sun 5 pm - 7 am. We can't set up different times for Sat and Sun. You can also set up multiple times per day, but this is also for the whole week, not per day.

Thanks for your input.. I am not happy about this feature not being thought as a neccesary feature. I hope Nortel can fix this problem in the near releases.

the work around i use is a soft set built as tn 56 0 15 16, that set has a 4 digit did on key 0 as the only dn, ithas cfxa fna and a scpw set.. the doctors use rcfw to change the forward to the on call pager for each week. i put that 4 digit dn as the remote notification target...

cp (rls 3) calls the dn, it rcfw's to the target, the doctors gets the voice mail dn plus the number that left the msg. that's been working for almost a year without a problem
