I have a callpilot that I want to forward directly to voicemail.

I searched the forum and found an answer:
look at the voice service dn table, have her transfer to the express mail. then enter the dn# transfer..

But my voice service dn table does nto have express mail listed, is there a way to create it?

Thanks!

BTW, found this on the web too, but do not understand it.

To Create a Call Pilot Agent:
LD 10->New->Type:500->TN->DN->XXXX->FTR DCFW 4 YYYY
where
XXXX = New Express messaging Access Code
YYYY = CallPilot Access Code to VM

Do a NEW at the SDN screen, if you have DID's numbers I would make it a DID number. Click on the drop down box and find Express Messaging, then hit SAVE. After you do that you can either build the DN in the switch as a ACDN or a PHANTOM and forward it to your voicemail DN
