We are upgrading, planned to this year.
Unfortauntly a secerity audit mandated that all my servers be upgrades to 2003, the deadline is before the approval of the callpilot upgrade.
Thank you for thinking of that though. I probably should have mentioned the circumstances.
I'm assuming from your questions that you have CallPilot Manager and MyCallPilot installed on a separate server, and not the CallPilot Server? If so, I would recommend that you go ahead and install the lastest 4.04.xx versions of CallPilot Manager and MyCallPilot on a Windows 2003 Server. These are backwards compatible with CallPilot Server 2.02, as long as it has at least patch SU04 installed. Since these are not licensed products, you won't have to buy them, but you vendor may apply a service charge.
I don't believe the 2.02.xx versions of CallPilot Manager and MyCallPilot are supported on Windows 2003.
CP0404S02G04C - which is the new Call Pilot Manager.
Unzip and install. If you have a version of Call Pilot Manger on the server already, then you will need to uninstall that version first, then reinstall.
It states you can just upgrade it, but I have run into issues doing this.
This file is only available if you have access to the MPL. You need to go to patching school to get this access. You should be able to ask your provider for the file.
