Callpilot - General Delivery Box

Setup & intialized General Delivery box but trying to log in or call it, get recording saying " cannot complete call at this time"

Has anyone encountered this before?

Use a laptop to ensure the GenDel mailbox is enabled.

Or, get into Feature 983 and I think you press 6 and you can enable or disable it.
