Callpilot Call Center Reporting?

I have a customer running a Callpilot with call center on it and they are complaining about the reports being off.

They explain that the agent wrap-up time is either on or way off, sometimes show 4 hours or more..

Has anyone seen this, is there a fix, is it a user error?
