Callpilot application does not trigger

Hi guys,
I have Callpilot 2.02 with a application created in app builder for welcome greetings , also I have XCOT-I card installed .If calls landing on COT cct with ATDN as the application DN created in builder, the caller cannot hear the welcome greetings but on the contrary they hear (If you have finished entering the phone no press #). But if I dial the application DN from my normal ext i can hear the welcome msg properly.

Appriciate if anybody put some input.

make the atdn of the auto trunks a vacant number.. then make that number a maxp 1 acd ncfw to mail.. if yoy need the code, let us know

Hi john ,

by saying Vaccent no if you mean another ACD with NCFW to Callpilot application DN.It is not working . The application is a Thru dial with welcome msg in it..
