Callpilot Application builder help

Hi

I have created a thru dial application in callpilot application builder and mapped it in SDN table. The problem is
that when i dial the SDN for that application it works fine.
i have put a mapping for this SDN in IDC table but it keeps
ringing on callpilot ports and i am not able to gain access to thrudial appl.

Please help.

how do you have the output of the idc mapped? i would use an acd

ld 23

acd
xxxx
maxp 1
ncfw xxxx (to mail)

and make sure that the acd is in your mail in the vsdn table.
