CallPilot 4.0 wont send fax at all but receive ok.

Hi there,

we have CP 4.0 and are unable to send any faxes at all, not even interoffice.

I am not sure how to do CallPilot trace but will as soon as find out.

Yes I have checked the RPLs and we have local, on switch, long dist 1 ect.

i changed to to LD1 and made sure the 6,8,9,1800.....were all allowed to no avail.
 
I'm sorry this is such an ordeal but I have read the jlk53 post and done that too. Something weird going on here.
I so appreciate you guys dilegent help on this....I will be so overwhelmingly excited when we figure this out.

In case anyone is interested this JUST NOW got resolved. Had to get ETAS involved. Thought would share what it was in case anyone runs across it later in life.

We couldnt send fax or forward voice mails...the MTA services wasnt actually started even though it said started.

there was a folder that was overflowing with crap that they had to clean out; something about RAID. anyway I'm not sure what the exact words are to use but thought this may give someone a clue if know what I'm talking about.
