WE HAVE THIS CALLPILOT THAT WENT TO SLEEP, AND WON'T WAKE UP. HOW DO YOU FIX THIS?

YELL AT IT WITH ALL CAPS!

Most likely it's a power supply issue. If a power cycle doesn't fix it, that's your culprit.

Did you do the obvious and power cycle it? is it connected to a functional system?
