I have a Definity 9.5 switch and I'm trying to use a Callmaster V phone. When I hit the line button all I get is the speaker that turns on and the mute button comes on also. I have the headset plugged in but I can't hear anything out of it. I have the right disconnect cable also for the headset. I guess I don't have it programmed right but it is set as a 607A1 in the set type. Any suggestions?

You need to have a headset button setup on the station and it needs to be lit.
