We are having an issue where the Call Center's Callmaster V phones are not all displaying the same time. From what I understand (I haven't went down and seen it for myself) all the phones are off from each other by 2 - 5 min. Has anyone ever heard of this and:
1. what causes it
2. how do you fix it
3. how do you keep it from happening again
they have tried the date/time button on the phone but that doesent seem to sync them up. Avaya is telling us we need to reset the system to get them all the same time again.
