Thanks deelee74.Have done the return the to AA as yes.But when you * out it says exiting system.Any other suggestions greatly appreciated.

You must have a ccr greeting or an AA menu prompt recorded. If ccr is enabled, make sure you have a greeting recorded under path 0. If ccr not enabled record an AA menu prompt, or change to yes for silicon Sally.
