Trying to use my old Lt Win Modem to call out to my cell. I've used this modem as a fax but have disabled the fax services to test this out. Im using phone dialer and I hear it dial...then it says 'connected' but my phone dosent ring??? Any ideas....my telephony service is started....modem is plugged into a known working line....I'm lost
