Calling Name Display

Hi

I have a PRI trunks. Would it be possible to send a Caller Name on the PRI for my outgoing calls. How it would be setup in the Option 11C? Can anybody please give me sample datafill?

On the other way around how's my phone 500 type (it has a display) would be able to received an incoming call with the caller name display

If the system is in the US, you cannot 'send' name with the call--name is retrieved by the far-end CO through a database lookup. Your LEC/CLEC that provides your DID service controls the name that is displayed.

Displaying CallerID data on an analog set requires a CLASS modem card and some software.


Software you need:

Package 95 - CPND
Package 332 - CLASS Calling Number Delivery (CNUMB)
Package 333 - CLASS Calling Name Delivery (CNAME)

Hardware you need:

NT5D60AA (at least one)
