My customer asked me if he call use the "call" button (to return calls while listening to a message) that was recently added to visual voicemail in the newer releases. I do know "call" works from call log/history. It does not work when in visual voicemail. I explained to him that it is for calling back internal extensions, however, the documentation does not say how the visual vm "call" should/can be used.
Any thoughts?
