Hi good morning everyone.

Wish you have a wonderful week first.

I am using analog trunk and it connects to multiple pots lines. Is there a way to make the number initiated from IP Office appear the same number ?

For example,

Our main number for is 123-123-1234.

I have another two land lines (222-222-2222 and 333-333-3333 )When I dial out, is there a way I can make the calls all from 123-123-1234 ?

Thanks

More info needed, typ/version IPOffice?

LCR(least cost routing) or ARS(Alternate Route Selection) that's the difference.

ARS;

In the Manager there is a HELP button, you won't screw up by clicking it.

Greetzzz...Bas

These are analogue lines.

You won't be able to get them to show any other CLI than their number without dealing with the line provider.

No way, no how.

Take Care

Matt
I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

Read it a bit to fast but you can route all calls over the 123-123-1234 but not over the other number.
You'll need ISDN or SIP lines to get what you're asking.

the feature is from your line provider and it is called "number replacement" call them and let the same caller ID show on all lines via programming on their CO switch

If you can't be good, be good at it!

sorry for using wrong terminology.

Now I understand.

If I knew what keyword I am looking for, I always try to search the HELP first.

Thanks
