I have a switch, Definity G3 Release 9 that will not show the caller ID to the internal callers. How do I turn that option on?

What circuit do you have, is it ISDN. Does it allow caller ID to be passed when a caller comes in? If not then you probably need to upgrade your circuit to one that will pass caller ID or check with your provider to find out if you receive caller ID.

It should pass through. I beleive that is set. So I need to know if I CAN turn it on.

CO lines require a DIOD card and Analog caller ID turned on in the customer options screen, ISDN should be on by default.
