Our phone system has caller ID. Every phone on the system displays the number except for two phones. You can press feature 811 and force the number to show but we would like to have it setup to automatically display the number. I've already checked under Telco Features and turned Called ID to Y but that didn't fix it. Any suggestions?

what system? CICS or MICS, what version 7.1, 6.1, etc.
different versions program slightly differently on different systems.
with that said on a CICS and newer MICS you go into terminals and sets >> telco features >> show line: >> caller ID set to yes.
on older MICS you can only have one phone set as the CLID set. under Lines >> trunk/line data >> CLID set.

Do the lines Ring on the 2 CLIDless DNs? You need Ringing, not just Appear for CLID.
