I have calls coming into one IP Office, then being forwarded to the main site on the SCN where they're answered by the receptionist. The calls are often transferred back to the originating site to be handled by an agent.

Can I add some info somewhere to tell the receptionists which site the call is coming from (on the phone display)? Currently all calls show: External.

We're on 4.0.7, remote office lines are analog.

You could create a Huntgroup for each Remote site. Obviously with just the reception user in it, You could then use the same OOS/Night service fall backs so you dont need to make a load more groups for out of hours.
You could then just Aplhatag the group names such as SiteA/SiteB/MainSite and so on.

Point the incoming calls at site a to a short code that dials a hunt group on site B.

The hunt group name at site B should be displayed.

If you have more than one number create a group and short code for each.

Yes, try putting the reception in a group and name the group somthing that will Identify the call coming from the other site. Change your incoming route to go the the newly created group. I have to assume that you are sending the call to the reception directly by extension. Set up the group and this should correct your problem. If you have other sites, you could do this for all of them.
