I run Intuity AUDIX 4.4 and i have a problems with the displaying caller ID.

I was told:
"In voice mail the command is: change subscriber xxxx
In the PBX the command is: change station xxxx"

Yes i have changed it on the Audix side, which i take it has no affect on the phone display. How do i get into the PBX side? The list of opptions in my Main Menu is:

AUDIX Administration
Customer/Services Administration
Networking Administration
Upgrade
Voice System Administration

In the AUDIX Admin is where i can change the Voice Mail options with 'change subscriber xxxx'. Where do i need to go to get in the PBX? Everywhere i look i can't see any kind of command prompt. I tried 'change station xxxx' in the AUDIX admin section but it won't reconize 'station'. Hopefully by now someone knows what i am talking about and call tell me where to go :) Anyone?

Well first you need to stop trying to login to the pbx through the voice mail system cant do it. :) If you have a login in the the pbx in heading in the right direction. Wisdom is Knowledge

Yes it displays the ID on incomming calls. It even shows the ID's when people call within the business. I need to be able to change the names. But it sounds like i need to log into a different system to do that.?.?.?
