caller-id on analogue set

I have been asked to check if it's possible to send the caller-id to an analogue set. The analogue phone is an AT&T brand with display.

Yes with the class Modem Card (NT5D60).

On systems equipped with either CNUMB (package 332) or CNAME (package 333), up to 255 CLASS Modem (CMOD) units can be configured in LD 13, and analog (500/2500-type) telephones can be assigned as CLASS telephones in LD 10 by assigning them CNUS, or CNUA and CNAA class of service. See the Software Input/Output: Administration
(553-3001-311) for LD 10 and LD 13 service change instructions.

I have made the changes you suggested, I will be doing some testing and I will let you know if it works.

Is the analog line served by an NT8D09XX card in a MG1000 cabinet? If the card is being controlled with an MGC you may be able to enable CLID without the modem card or any of that stuff. If you go into Element Manager, under the IP Network list pick Media Gateways, then choose the gateway you have your analog card in. On the second page of config (you have to press next to get there) you will see a tab about halfway down labeled "Media Based CLID". Try ticking the box and enabling it. You'll also have to set the CLS on the 500 set TN to allow CLID. Works great on my 7.6 system.

phonebits, the analog set is served by a NT8D09BB card. Let me check the option yoy have giving me.
