Yes, I know, it's old. :)

Main DID - 800-555-5555
My DID - 800-555-1234

We moved to a new office. Same phone number same setup. Now when someone dials out it shows the wrong DID. Instead of showing the main DID it shows my DID.

How do I get it to switch back? Also, users like myself, I still want it to show my DID when I call someone.

Does this make sense? Thanks!

Here is the solution:

When I dial an outside number it's 1 + area code + number. There is a shortcode 1N so I just added 1Ns8005555555

and it fixed the problem except now even the users with DIDs show the main number instead of their own

You need to give the users there own shortcode for sendig there number.

ACS IP Office or is it ACSS :)
ACA - Implement IP Telephony -- ACA - Design IP Telephony
ACA - Voice Services Management

Easier is the use of user restriction tables.
On for the use of the main number and one for sending a specific number:

Common number shortcode in user restrictiontable:
sc = 1N
TN = 1Ns800555555
Line ID = whatever the linenumbers are

Sepcific unmber sortcode
SC = 1N
TN = 1Ns800555E
Line ID = whatever

The E adds the telephonenumber of the user dialling the number to the number send out on isdn

hmm i know nothing about user restriction tables. where can i find them?
