Caller ID Names?

We just switched over to a PRI and we are now getting incomming caller ID numbers. I was wondering is there a way to get the names sent with caller id as well? I have definity version 7

NOt with a version 7 switch. Sorry but the version does not support the Bellcore format in the ISDN messages. They added this in version 8. Hope this helps

We are getting incoming call ID numbers too. G3r ver9. Avaya said that in order to get the callers name as well as the number we would have to build a database to do this. Is it possible that that information can come from the phone company if our switch is administrered for it?
