Caller ID issues

I currently have three PRI Circuits for local calling in/out. The issue I am having is that some times when making an outgoing call the main number will show up on the receivers caller ID and the other half of the time it shows up as Private. Were do I check first?

see if the problem is with one pri, the main number may be a function of the provider or may come formthe switch, ld 21 , prt clid, chances are that that is not set up. the provider has to pass that info or tag your outbound with the main number, in ld 96 you can enl msgi x, where x=dch number, that will show you what you are sending. the clid table is assigened on a per-station bases.
