Caller ID in Pickup Group

Good Morning.

I have a issue with a pickup Group. Some members of a pickup Group can see the caller id of an incomming call (and flashing button)
and some members only have the flashing button on the phone (Avaya 9650). The caller ID appears in the first line on the phones Display.
I compared the Setting of the pickup Group membersbut i cannot find any difference. I am using AVAYA Sytem Manager.

Maybe you can help me.

why don't you compare the settings of the phones as well

are they all the same type off phones.9650
do they all have the same settings for incoming calls and displays.
