caller id in intuity audix LX 3

Hi,
i have ip600 rel 10 with intuity audix lx.
the ports that connected to the definity are analog station.
if i receive internal call i recive the caller id, but if i get an outside call (from pri trunk), i got only that its from outside call, and dont see the number.
the caller from outside send his number, and if he call to ip-station i can see his number.

any ideas ??
 
Read this:

The Calling Party Number green feature includes calling party information (also known as ANI or Caller ID information) in headers for Call Answer Messages when the switch passes along such information. This applies to calls originating external to the switch. For external calls, the DEFINITY switch will provide seven or ten digit calling party numbers to INTUITY AUDIX. AUDIX will accept the calling party number, play an external greeting if the subscriber has administered one, and take either a voice or fax message-. When the subscriber retrieves the message, the INTUITY AUDIX's telephone-user interface and Message Manager will include the calling party number in the header information for the message. For example, subscribers hear "message from extension 303 555 0782" over the telephone. SYSTEM MUST BE RE-BOOTED FOR ACTIVATION. EXTRA ADMINISTRATION IS REQUIRED IN THE DEFINITY SWITCH FOR FEATURE TO WORK

what is the extra administration in the definity?
can you tell me what to configure ?

You don't configure anything on the Intuity. The feature is turned by Avaya. After they activate the green feature for Calling Party Number the Intuity must be rebooted. On the Audix hunt group form in the Definity the field "Calling Party Number to Intuity Audix" must be flagged to "y". From then the Intuity reads the ani that the switch passes to it.
