i want to see the caller id information in the analog station, like i see in the ip-station.
the type of the analog station is 2500, and the telephone is support for caller id.

if someone know if it possible, please let mw know what should i need to configure.

Not sure if S8300 is the same, but in Definity the type is "CallrID" in stead of "2500".

Hope this helps

I had been told conflicting information... I've been told the card int eh 8300 is just like a 793B (which does do caller id), then I've also been told it doesn't do the caller id.

Sorry.

so, i can see caller id information in analog station (s8300)?

its because this station connected to the intuity audix lx, and when i get external call, i dont see the calling party.

thanks

eyal

Eyal,

Did you try Rob's suggestion? (Change one of your stations from "2500" to "CallrID".)

Did it work?

John

That should be provided in the Modecode or Link interface, not from Caller ID.
