Cusotmer has a MICS w/ DR6.1 Release 1 software. They have a PRI going in and want to recieve the name on caller I.D. As of right now, the carrier says that they are sending name and number. I've checked the MICS, and it is set for Caller ID and first appear is set to name. Is there an issue with this software, or is the carrier wrong here?

Can not say for sure on 6.1, but on 7.0 you can assign 1st Display to be name or number. This is done in terminals and sets programming
under Telco features and Feature assignment. Done on a per set basis
and works well when I use targ lines.
