Caller ID for outgoing calls SV9100

Hello ,
I had installed SV9100 with PRI Trunks (30 channels),
I need to send a special trunk caller ID for each station ,
e.g :
Trunk # 10 DID and its target is ext 200
I need outgoing calls from ext 200 to be assigned with trunk #10 ,SPECIAL CALLER ID

21-12 for trunks
21-13 for extensions
21-13 if programmed over rides 21-12
Number being programmed must be a part of your DID block unless your using SIP trunks

Hi ,
I tried what you mentioned to do but the caller ID still the pilot number
is there any other steps to do ??

Call your PRI provider and verify they are allowing you to override their CID.
