Caller ID and Call Log 1

I have set up a 308 Processor. The client wants Caller ID and Call Log.

I assigned a Call Log button with light. The Call Logging does not work with if the customer picks up the call before Caller ID kicks in.

Can Caller ID and Call Log work together?

Yup, but you know that CID comes between the 1st and 2nd ring, so if the customer is quick to answer, the CID is not received. Technology can't fix people!!
