I have a MICS 6.1 with a CP100 and caller id. Calls coming in via Autoattendant and the phones show

2125551234 >H231

Is there any way to get rid of the ">H231"

I remember doing it once with a flash 4 and a MICS but don't remember exactly how. I've tried different line settings on the cp100 ports but nothing yet.

Your help is appreciated.

Typically, You'll see that display when the call is transferred from AA to the DN, in this case it appears to be 231.
To the best of my knowledge, this cannot be removed.

The H231 is a hunt group that you have set up that the AA transfers to with a group of sets.....Caller ID mapping will need to be set up to ring on the Hunt group extension too...
