IP 500 r6.1
replaced a 5621 with 9621G and inbound internal/external calls not displaying caller ID any longer. How do you enable?
 
Did you upgrade the 9621?
I think you did not do that yet.

With a http server.
When you have an ip500v2 then set the http server ipaddress the same as lan1

And be sure you are on 6.1.12!!!
It won't work on 6.1.5

The IP Office is 6.1.12.
Isn't the built-in TFTP the same as HTTP regarding upgrading? The phones should grab the binaries from the manager folder via TFTP, right?
 
Just read the help file and it does indicate that 9600 series phones require hppt as they do not support tftp. Thanks.

do I copy all config(scr and txt) files as well as all bin files to the root HTTP folder or only specific files?
