I have a customer with a Legend R-6.1, Hybrid/PBX mode that we can't get caller I.D. to block when dialing out using *67 code from SBC Ameritech. Any ideas?
You don't say what kind of trunks. I believe you have to remove * from the default 'deny' table. If they are using PRI trunking, you cannot block callerID on a per-call basis.
