If your customer wants to be able to handle two or more calls on a single private line - he has two choices - as already outlined above. #1. He can buy an additional line or two and make them part of a circular hunt group along with his existing private line thru his Telco provider. Those extra hunt lines can then be added to the Partner system - so his additional calls get Partner Voice Mail coverage. OR #2. He can get voicemail service from the Telco for his single private line - so when he is on it - the call would go to voicemail at the Telco central office. Call waiting could be a third option - but if he ignores the signal or fails to hear it - the caller can only hang up - there would be no "busy" signal. The cost of one extra hunt line vs. the cost of Telco voicemail coverage is pretty much the same - so he needs to decide whether he wants his voicemail in one place (the Partner) or split between two voicemail systems.
