I got 3 avaya phone 9650 firmware 3.0020
ACM s8800 5.2.1
phone 1 (canada) / phone 2 (italy) / phone 3 (asia)
phone 2 and phone 3 are on the same call pick-up
now my question:
internal call, canada is calling italy, italy does not answer the call, instead asia answer the call by the call pick-up
now on the display of "canada's" phone is "italy cover". here I expected to see the name "asia". becausa "asia" answered the call
on the display of asia it says "canada to italy" that seems to be o.k
am I wrong with my assumption ?
