Hello,
Would anyone have the procedure for creating a caller app for a mailbox that does not accept messages? We are trying to emulate a "Bulletin Board" type of mailbox previously run on Audix. (ie. - The greeting would play when answered then disconnect)

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as I need to have it in place for tomorrow evening.

Thank you!

Just add a caller app and set it to termination. Then set the prompt as a announcement and the mail box to record it from.

Make sure the mailbox has record announcement turned on.

Yoy will then need to associate the app with a number so it will integrate when called.

Hello Mr. Means,

I was able to build the app but cannot seem to deploy. I do not get the option under ACTIONS/ALL TASKS to deploy an app. Any ideas?

Did you save it first ?

That will do it!!! Thank you Ken

OK, so now that it's working I'm being asked if it can repeat 2 times then disconnect?

Would you be able to guide me to where/how this would be done?

I can get it to repeat infinitely with no disconnect but I need it to repeat only twice then disconnect.

I would tell them to make up their minds.

Just do the recording with the message repeated in it and that should work fine.

You could mess with the app but I would just redo the recording.
