Caller and Agent playback reversed

Hi,

We are running NICE Perform 3.4 and when you listen to an interaction the channels displayed for the Caller and the Agent ore flipped. Has anyone seen this before? How do we fix it?

I assume this is trunk based? Switch your RX and TX pinouts.

I ve heard something like that... I believe it is fixed for Nice Perform 3.1...
You can change Chann Mapping, swapping the Time Slots values( Mate)
