I’m about to set call work code, but I don’t know if I have to change fields on Data Storage Allocation for Call work code (currently we have defined only number of items field and rest of the fields are set to 0)on CMS.

Yes Smovk, you will need to let CMS know how long to keep the call work code data so that you can report on it.

You will also have to administer the CWC numbers you want the CMS to collect
