Your call waiting should be on your accessable CO lines. It is possible your system administration is set up to restrict access to the dialed features for this. If there are no restrictions, then you will only need to access 'link' for call waiting use. 'Link' is F71. Program to a key or dial in full should work for you.

To use simply press Feature 71 when you here the call waiting signal and press Feaure 71 again to return to the original call.
