Call waiting problem !!!!!

Hi everyone

We have CS100M Rls.4

I faced a problem with telephone "i2002" when he is talking with someone on prime extention, he got a new call on Call waiting, Once he answer that call the first call automatically droped

Could you tell me the way to allow that person to return back to the first call after answering second one.

I did it but once that emplyee return back to the first number could not hear anything

To answer a Call Waiting call
1 Press Hold when you hear a tone during a phone call.
2 Press Call Wait to answer the waiting call.
To return to your first call, follow these steps:
1 Press Hold if you want to put your second call on Hold.
2 Press the extension key that has the first call on it.
