Call Waiting in Queue

Hi:

Ip Office: 7.0.32
CCR: 7.0.6.6
Digital Trunk E1R2
HG configuerd as Longest waiting
VM Pro 7.0.32
We have a customer with next issue:
Itermittently appears a call in Queue with agents available
the call is showed in Dashboard and Wallboard and isn´t assigned to agents available, it is for 2 min then is lost
Any help..

Synchronize calls turned on for the group?
I just being brought to my attention by Xima that this option is quirky and gives fake queue entries in the reports when this is turned on :)
I wonder this is also the case for CCR :)

Announcements is off, we have working incoming calls with VM pro

CCR was changed to new Pc
windows 2008 SP1
This issue too was on another PC running Server 2003 SP2
I don´t know if the call is real or ghost, because only is for 2 min, and when is reported the time is over to see it
this problem is itermittently, +/- once weekly
but the customer thinks what are many lost calls

 
Let system status do a continuous snapshot and ask the exact time that it happens and then look back in SSA.
