I beleive manfmmd is talking about a service that you can get for your home phone. You are on the phone and someone else calls in and their number shows up. I don't beleive this feature is supported on Avaya's systems.

why, digital and ip phones with display are perfectly capable of showing incoming calls with id on all inbound call appearances. i'm not sure for analog caller id phones. though ip office definitely does that so there is a chance definity also can do that.

The reason I posted that I didn't beleive it was support is the caller-id packs haven't been out that long to begin with. The first boards didnt work most of the time, so a QPPCN was done on anything less than a v5. I also took for granted that if they were asking about caller-id it would be for analog circuit packs and I haven't ever heard of this being done using the tn793(b) circuit packs.
