Has anyone experienced any random problems with call volumes (the agent can hear the cutomer fine, but the customer can't hear the agent).

We have a few cases of this on 3.2 and 4.0. It's completely random, but always seems to affect the same person - some people don't have any problems. However, it isn't happening all the time, which is really odd!!

The clients on V4 have 6408s, and the 3.2 clients has 54xx series phones.

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this.

Am currently experiencing this. No fix as of yet. Increasing the gain on the mic just causes echo which tells me the mic is already running at near max.
*shrug*

User error not holding the mic to the mouth? (perhaps instead they have it by the ear?)
 
swap ,the handset, see if it follows it, or goes away.

 
handset, cord, patching - all has been changed!

They are agents as well - so if they login on a different phone, the problem seems to follow them. All seems very odd.
