I am getting a denial event 1738 and 1751 when trying to transfer a call via Ip Agent v5. I am sitting at a remote site, and log into the main switch(s8710)at corporate. There is no problem transferring a call to someone at corporate, however, when I try to transfer to someone at my local office, I get disconnected. Does anyone have ideas?
