Call transfer

Hi all,

I have an issue with our Avaya phone system that I'm trying to resolve. When you transfer a call from A to B if the call is not answered by B after about a minute the calls then diverts to the operator. Is there anyway I can stop this from happening?

Does the station has a coverage path? Probably it will follow the coverage path.
You can't filter this based on transfer calls. You should wait and hangup the second line when this happens.
