Call Transfer

Hello all,

I have a mega system with 7.0XC that installed and all is fine and dandy. The only thing that is giving me problems is that the receptionist cant transfer to outside phone numbers.

The system has a PRI with route 001.

let me know if you need any more info.

just press transfer (feature 70)

Transfer to: (enter destination code and externall number)

Hang up
 
Go into Capabilities programming for the set and turn on Allow Redirect and try it again.
 
Hello,

I have redirect on. But is denies my external transfer. I was just hitting the transfer on the softkey.
 
I went on site today and check out the issue is now working. So thanks for the help.. I think it was the redirect in capabilities.

Hi Tim,

I tried transferring a caller to another office after you left. The transfer didn’t go through. I still get “transfer denied” on my phone screen. You had the phone working earlier. Here’s how I handle a transfer call. I press the transfer button, then 9 and then the actual number. Are you doing something different that I should be doing, too?
