Call transfer to external number

We are having problems transferring calls to external numbers; I can dial the attendant from my extension and she can transfer me to an external number no problem - But, if I dial in from an external number and try and get her to transfer me to another external number, it won't work (she can dial the number and get through but can't release the transfer).

We have looked at the COS and COR and can't seem to see anything. Does anybody have an idea we can try?

Please check your trunk group, in trunk group field Disconnect Supervision - In? y Out? y.

Check your system-parameters features. Safest bet is to set trunk-to-trunk transfer to none. On your COS form set the attendant COS trk-to-trk transfer override to y.

Also, I know you've checked COR but verify the COR on the trunk groups transferring from and to and check the third page of the COR form to ensure they have calling permissions to each other.
