Call Timer on M3905 Phoneset

My agents are reporting that there is no call timer on the phoneset (M3905) display, even though in Options/Call timer enable, the feature is turned on. Anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong here? Symposium 5.0, Merdian 61, Succession 3.0, etc. Thanks!
 
I don't think you get any indication of the call timer until they are actually on a call, is it not working then?

I'm getting the same complaint, but it's on a 2616. We are using key 0 for ACD agent incoming calls.. they can see the call timer on In-Calls, but not on key 8 or 9, which are SCR keys. Is there anything I can change so this will work?

hiyosilver333 - Is this the same thing you're seeing on the 3905's?
